Critical Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Financial Manager.
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
- Ability to conduct negotiations with vendors.
- Strong knowledge of P&L, Cash Flow, and financial analytics in the iGaming sector.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.
- Hands-on experience in collaboration with counterparties and financial specialists.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical mindset, high level of organization, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of cryptocurrency payments.
Functional Responsibilities
- Management of project budgets (annual, quarterly, monthly) and control of their execution.
- Analysis and management of P&L, Cash Flow, and preparation of financial reports.
- Monitoring payments for team services and tools.
- Setting and tracking financial tasks via Jira.
- Implementation of cost optimization initiatives across projects.
- Optimization of financial processes and expenses, identifying effective solutions to increase profitability.
