Critical Requirements
- Proven and successful experience in Data Analytics for over 5 years, including at least 3+ years in leadership roles (Head, CDO)
- Proven track record in building and managing analytics teams: hiring, task allocation, mentoring, grow
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python and BI tools
- Knowledge of Data Engineering fundamentals and data architectures (ETL processes, DWH)
- Involvement in implementing A/B testing systems and familiarity with Growth methodologies
- Experience in dashboarding and reporting for C-Level and departments such as product, marketing, finance, VIP, and support.
- Experience working directly with C-level executives (CEO, CPO, CMO, CTO) on data-driven strategy
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and attention to detail.
Functional Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s data strategy
- Build an efficient analytics ecosystem
- Coordinate the analytics team: manage a team of product, marketing, finance, customer care and web analysts
- Review analytical requests, prioritize tasks, and support team development
- Ensure data quality and metric transparency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Optimize business processes through analytics
- Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams
- Implement systems for data quality checks, validation, and metric versioning.
- Develop and maintain a unified business metric dictionary
- Provide analytical support for business decision-making
- Build predictive models (churn, VIP detection, fraud)
- Analyze player behavior, bonus performance, retention, and segmentation
Nice to have:
- Experience establishing data governance and data quality frameworks
- Knowledge of machine learning methods and real-world ML/AI applications
