Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Payment Providers: Maintain strong, productive relationships with our payment partners.
- Develop and Oversee Integration Requirements: Write detailed requirements for payment solution integrations and manage the implementation process.
- Monitor and Optimize Key Metrics: Track and improve payment conversion rates, fraud rates, chargeback rates, dispute rates, and other KPIs.
- Work with Product Analytics: Use data insights to form hypotheses for payment-related product improvements.
- Conduct Product Testing: Lead payment product testing to identify improvements and drive effective solutions.

- 2+ years in online payments: Practical experience in managing payment solutions and processes.
- Passion for Payment Systems and Products: Enthusiastic about the world of payments and dedicated to making a difference.
- Experience with Data Visualization Tools: Knowledge of tools like Tableau or Power BI to transform data into valuable insights.
