- Proven and successful experience in Data Analytics for over 3 years, including at least 2+ years in leadership roles (Lead)
- Deep understanding of the gambling industry, preferably with experience in online casinos
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools
- Knowledge of Data Engineering fundamentals and data architectures (ETL processes, DWH)
- Involvement in implementing A/B testing systems and familiarity with Growth methodologies
- Experience in dashboarding and reporting for C-Level and departments such as product, marketing, finance, VIP, and support.
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, clearly communicate insights and data-driven recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven experience in setting analytical priorities, roadmap planning, and aligning analytics strategy with business objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
